Winblad & Jeanlo executes commissions as counsel for defence, counsel for plaintiff / injured party (in Swedish; målsägandebiträde). As a suspect in Sweden you have a right to choose who you want as your counsel for defence.

The possibility to affect the outcome of a criminal case is especially important during the early stages of a criminal investigation. Therefore, it is important that you directly contact a defender who can give you advice, guide and assist you in, for example, a police questioning.
